Pessimist | Pony Boy Club EP (12") [UVB76-029]

Pessimist | Pony Boy Club EP
Label: UVB-76 Music – UVB76-029
Format: Vinyl, 12", EP
Released| 21 Sep 2026

Pessimist’s signature drum & bass sound is truly at home on his latest EP for UVB-76 Music. Clinically precise, fully scoped, pin-point accurate drum’s drive opening track ‘Pess One’ where less is more, but definitely more than enough. ‘Pony Boy Club’ follows with driving kicks, big reverbs, and laser bleep bursts cutting through the dark. ‘NRG-97’ twists out a familiar rave palette with a Pessimist twist, harking back then ricocheting straight back, forward into the future. The EP wraps up with ‘Under Surveillance’, claustrophobic, paranoid, nasty. All in all, one of Bristol’s baddest is back on the firm!
